Whiskers and Paws leads to Woofs and Meows

The Whiskers and Paws Gala is almost here!  The annual gala and fundraiser auction is scheduled for April 27th, and all money raised at this riveting event will be used to nurture, care for, treat, and support the area’s pets in need.  We can’t wait!  

Supporters of Northwest Spay and Neuter Center and Auburn Valley Humane Society know that we lead and serve with compassion and quality.  Whether we are offering wellness services to an owned pet at an affordable rate, or treating an abandoned or abused animal that found his way to us, we pride ourselves on showing up for the pets and people who count on us to care.  Over the years, the gala event has allowed us to purchase medical equipment, widen our reach to outlying areas, offer clinics to community members who otherwise would have no access to services, and continue to pay our staff a living wage to do what they do.  We are proud of that, and we have our supporters to thank.  

With your support and participation in the 2024 Whiskers and Paws Gala, we can sustain our lifesaving efforts, subsidize our humane education, expand our spay and neuter programs, and expand our programs to maintain the human-pet bond. Your contributions will fund our programs and save more lives. While the focus is to raise funds to support the lifesaving work we are doing, the items we have available for you to bid on are incredible!  Interested in dining out?  You’re set.  Love to garden or cook at home?  There will be baskets for you!  Love music and movies?  Bring those bid cards!  The only disappointment you might face is the event being sold out if you haven’t secured your spot yet.
