CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT: ALEX & JUDGE

Recently, Judge, a gentle giant came to NWSNC for surgery. It was Judge’s first time at the clinic, but it was certainly not for his mom, Alexandra. Judge was the third pet that Alexandra has brought to us over the course of many years. She found us in 2013 when she was just a college student. At that time Alexandra had just adopted her first cat, Luna, and had no way of affording a spay surgery at any local veterinary clinics. That first visit to NWSNC in 2013 was the establishment of a long relationship between Alexandra and the clinic. We would happily become her go-to for her next two dogs, Hazelnut and Judge.

Alexandra says she keeps coming back because it is an “easy choice to make,” noting the ease of the process and the friendly faces here at the clinic. She felt that she always had all the information she needed, and that she always knows what to expect. We asked Alexandra what she would tell someone if they were considering NWSNC and she said, “Just do it! [Spay/neuter] needs to be done and this is the best place to do it!” As for Judge, he’s already back to his big goofy self.
